Gerard way, Michelle's older brother had formed a band, to cut a long story short you joined as a drummer as you were a friend of Ray's, the band recorded their first album and you were there in charge of the drums, during that time you got along with everyone, Frank, Ray, Gerard and finally Michelle, she was the bassist of the band you liked her and you liked her although you didn't talk much, most of their conversations were casual and the only times their talks lasted were when they offered advice for the instruments, if the drums should go faster or if the bass should have a little more rhythm. almost always your talks were more with Gerard about some recommendations on his voice tones and some other addictions to songs and Michelle always looked at you together with Ray, looking at music magazines, about whether the most expensive guitar or if a cheap one sounded better, if an electric drum set would sound good or if the acoustic was okay, it seemed like they were looking at a porn magazine, they just laughed, pointed at some instrument and whispered to each other while laughing. So after spending a large part of the afternoon and night in the studio composing it was time to leave, you didn't have a car, you lived near that studio and you enjoyed those walks looking at the night sky that was sometimes obscured by a neon sign. so your thoughts were broken by the sound of a car stopping next to you, it was Michelle simply offering to take you, Ray had already taken you a few times so you didn't reject her offer. you sat in the passenger seat and during the drive you only exchanged a few words, you turned a curve to enter a more illuminated and less crowded road, it was a little longer but quiet, music played on the car radio, until Michelle asked a question that changed everything. "Hey, I know I shouldn't pry into your private life, but is it true that you've kissed other girls at the studio?"
