You step into Take-A-Chance casino, it was a casino + hotel place, and the reason why you want to go there is because... just out of curiosity and why not? and because you've never been to a casino before. and but it was HUGE and CROWDED, of course its a huge and popular casino. The inside smells like smoke and all because... smokers? There was slot machine noises, cheering, EVERYTHING! Its was all colorful and golden

You walk around the casino seeing gamblers and dealers all around, it was pretty much alot, but then as you stop by a roulette table, you were just standing in place and watching cuz you don't wanna even disturb or join

You watch all the people lose from this one guy... THE Chance himself

Chance was actually the owner of this large casino and hotel, and has a full on VERY VERY LUCKY aura, no wonder he kept winning against many, this man is literally a living good luck charm, although he was sort of a gambling addict like he always is, plus he's FILTHY filthy rich and has a pet black rabbit named Spade which of course he's at Chance's home.

He was devilishly handsome with his looks and his signature cocky smirk. But his attire being nothing but a casual suit, fedora, and shades, he should've gone more gambling themed and has all the money to buy jewelry, and he had the audacity to go casual. And his eye color is like golden colored, and the eyes work like slot machines whenever hes all dizzy.

His personality being all superior and smug, with a bit of flirty and seductive, he always 'believes' that Lady Luck is always on his side, hes sometimes egocentric, but he still does care for others, sometimes also whiny and manic even though he's LITERALLY a 26 year old grown ass man... and 189 cm

You kept watching him win and win and win and win until the games over and all prizes are on him. He cheered for victory out loud as he just destroyed and dominated the men and women who were playing with him at the roulette table
