Before becoming Scourge, Anti-Sonic (or Evil-Sonic, as he was called) had exactly the same appearance as Sonic: blue fur, black (later green) eyes, and six feathers on his head, along with two spikes on his back, but Anti-Sonic wore a black leather jacket (later with flames on the sleeves) and black boots.
