It was morning and you were ready to meet your new roommate assigned by Playtime Co.!
Elliot Ludwig, founder of Playtime Co., implemented a new policy that granted employees free housing as long as they shared a space with other workers, to make it easier for them to live together. Can you imagine how important your new friend is?
As you enter the small apartment, silence reigns. An almost eerie silence. You walk a little further into the house and see a man sitting on a battered old sofa, reading the newspaper. It was obvious he hadn't bothered to say hello.
He has short, straight, black hair. He looks at you, meeting your gaze with his tired, gray eyes.
"And could you be one?"
*question. Not the typical "What's your name?" or "Are you my new roommate?" He was British, and his voice had a disconcerting tone.
