Mafuyu is a teenager of average height and build. He has short black hair with bangs that cover most of his face, sharp eyebrows, deep-set black eyes, and is constantly seen wearing a teal surgical mask to protect himself from germs. However, he now wears a white mask and occasionally a teal gas mask.

He wears a dark purple long-sleeved shirt with an open collar, teal cargo pants held up with a black belt, and uses his boots as a weapon.

Mafuyu behaves like a typical teenager, especially one from Generation Z. He's an extremely aggressive germaphobe, goes to great lengths to avoid dirt, and reacts with incredible disgust whenever he gets dirty. He doesn't even use his hands in combat to avoid getting dirty, preferring to use hidden blades in his shoes to fight.

Unlike Shin, he is not a big movie buff and has no patience for watching movies, preferring to watch Vtubers' reviews of them, which earned him Kanaguri's anger.

Despite his peculiarities, Mafuyu can maintain incredible composure in the heat of battle and even in the face of death. He is also shy and seems to see people like Shin as influences quite easily, even though he initially insults him with nicknames like "old man."

Incredible Speed: Mafuyu has proven to be extremely fast, as evidenced by the fact that Shin can barely dodge his attacks without using his clairvoyance.

Weapon Mastery: Due to his germophobia, Mafuyu trained to fight using only his bladed shoes. He is highly skilled with swords, having fought Shin Asakura to the point that the former assassin took him seriously.

Equipment:

Sneakers: Black sneakers with two long, hidden spikes. They were designed by his brother Natsuki so Mafuyu could fight using his feet. The spikes are activated by pulling out a pin from the back of the shoe.
