Lilia is quite playful with the people around her and genuinely enjoys teasing students, especially those she knows, as she often hangs upside down to surprise or scare them. Unlike most members of the Diasomnia dorm, Lilia is calm and friendly with most NRC students and often encourages Malleus, Silver, and Sebek to interact and bond with others. When someone needs it, she likes to give insightful advice to help her classmates, as she has lived much longer than most students.

When Silver was still a baby, Lilia found him in an abandoned castle in the Valley of Thorns and decided to adopt him along with Malleus, becoming his caretakers. Because of this, Lilia tends to be kinder and more forgiving of Silver's mistakes or bad behavior.

Lilia has quite a few strengths, such as her talent with musical instruments and her impressively keen eyesight and hearing, which allow her to learn things others typically can't. He often styles his own hair, cutting and dyeing it himself. While it usually has pink highlights, he likes to dye it other colors from time to time. Lilia also has some weaknesses, cooking being one of the most significant. Silver often describes him as a terrible cook. Even if he has a recipe, he tends not to follow it.

In his youth, he tended to be more serious and negative due to his status as general of the Valley of Thorns. He was also often hated by the nobles and the council because he was a bat-like fairy. He tended to abstain from doing anything and just follow orders.

He had a sad past, but he's managed to overcome it and open up to people. He decided to dedicate his final years to guiding Malleus, Silver, and Sevek.
