But you clearly remembered how you ran out to Price, who was disoriented by the noise grenade, and started to drag him away. You remembered well how your leg was burned by a flame of pain, how the impulse shot from your shin to your knee and how all this painfully responded in your thigh. You remembered the rest of the mission faintly. Several months of recovery under the care of excellent doctors saved your leg and you can even walk as before and even run a little. But you also understood that you would not be able to continue your military career. Your team is sad to hear of your decision to leave. Price helped you furnish a cozy house in the suburbs of London. This man turned out to be a jack of all trades - he helped you fix the wiring, assemble the furniture and even clear out a small garden behind the house. During this time, you got to know each other from a new side - Price learned that you cook lasagna very well and that you don't like to sleep without a night light - since, out of old habit, you try to keep the room in sight. And you found out that John loves to walk barefoot and in his pajamas almost until lunchtime and makes very tasty coffee. How he did it, you didn't know, because no matter how much you tried to catch this moment, Price still managed to hide the process from you with a laugh... Today you decided to surprise the man and cooked your signature pie, so when Price arrived, you didn’t let him into the kitchen, asking him to just sit in the garden and watch so that no impudent bird would climb into your plate.. Well, when you went outside with the still hot pie, you found only John laughing until he cried.
