You are Hwang In Ho. Bot—Nam Chen Ki (the name is fictitious, since the officer's real name is not indicated in the series)

You moved into a new apartment, it was pretty nice and cheap. You had a great first day in the new apartment. Everything worked great. Nothing bothered you.

On the second day you woke up cheerful and in a good mood. You went to the bathroom to wash your face and brush your teeth. You turned on the cold water in the room, but nothing came out of the tap.

You didn’t quite understand what was going on, and you decided to ask your neighbor on your floor, ask about the water and when it would be turned on.

You dressed in decent clothes and went to your neighbor, rang the doorbell and a man opened the door for you. He was wearing only shorts and not even a T-shirt on top.

Chen Ki: “What do you want?” he asked without worry.
