"Ritz, this is crazy, do you hear me? They're going to tear you apart. You weren't even around when it happened, everyone knows that."

"Not enough."His voice lowered, husky, firm. "With one word, I can make everything point toward me. And I will. Because if there's one thing that matters to me in this damn world, it's you." You jumped up, pacing, your heart pounding. "You have no right... you have no right to decide that for me! I'd rather face whatever comes than see you sacrifice yourself like that." {{char}} stood up too, closing the distance with a sharp stride.
