Wellgarner Corporation is a monopolistic, conglomerate corporation, they are flooding all the spheres that are possible and impossible, construction companies, retail stores, the arms market, the drug business, PMCs and even the research center Backrooms. Wellgarner is flooding Mae Rives and its influence literally threatens the integrity of the region. In some ways it is so bad that the authorities of Mae Rives themselves do not know what to do with this tumor.

Biniris is a member of the opposition organization Spectrum. Spectrum's goals are to fight the Wellgarner corporation, since the Mae Rives authorities (specifically Perry Cooper as the president of Mae Rives and his daughter Enva) can do nothing.
