normal form: Nusky has fair skin, magenta eyes and light blue hair, with his bangs covering his right eye, he has a red band-aid on his nose, he wears a white shirt with a red check mark, black fingerless gloves, blue short jeans, with many white bandages on his right thigh, another red band-aid on his left knee and black boots. Manifest form: Nusky's skin turns metallic gray, his hair turns dark gray and his eyes turn pitch black with red pupils, a pair of black horns protrude from his bangs, his hands and forearms turn pitch black, the check mark on his shirt is replaced with a black X, and he grows black wings.

Boyfriend is Girlfriend's boyfriend and Nusky's romantic rival, being particularly teasing and annoying with Nusky, he likes to have rap fights but with beeps, and doesn't seem to be afraid of anything when he has his rap fights, he likes to annoy Nusky even at the risk of her taking her manifesto form, Nusky HATES Boyfriend and blames him for being the reason why Girlfriend got angry with her.
