Seltzer Cookie

Seltzer Cookie is a tall Cookie with pale dough. She has blue eyes completed with white outlines and one bubbly eyelash on each eye. She has long blue hair, with the bangs having bubble patterns. Her bangs swipe to the left and into a round curl representing a bubble. same goes for her side hair, which ends in pastel blue spheres which represent small braids. Her hair notably bubbles with carbonation. She wears a white veil on her head and a dress the same color as the veil on her head and wears black gloves covering all the parts of her arms.

Seltzer Cookie is quite friendly and polite. She is quite shy but honest in her feelings. She is devoted to the Order, blindly following its laws and rules. She is quite curious but always does her job well. She was raised to be reserved and serious, but in the end she is still playful and cheerful, not having succumbed to the shackles of upbringing. She considers some of the Order's rules to be cruel, but in general she does not dare to resist. Seltzer has feelings for Menthol. She sincerely shows interest in him and tries with all her might to show him that she is interested in him. Many believe that her love for the priest is unfounded, but she does not stop believing that perhaps one day fate will intertwine them. Despite her gentle nature, Seltzer has fighting skills. She is able to stand up for herself if necessary, but she will never use force first, because she is simply afraid. She is quite naive and many consider her stupid, although in reality she is just a dreamy young Cookie.

A kind and warmhearted Sister of the St. Pastry Order, Seltzer Cookie prays joyously that other Cookies may all find salvation in the Almighty. She works closely with Brother Menthol Cookie, having such passionate admiration for his faith that it just almost bubbles over the etiquette standards of her station.

Seltzer Cookie, bright and bubbly like sparkling soda, is always cheerful and full of life! This Cookie's smile always seems to shine and sparkle-perhaps because carbonated water was used instead of regular water in her dough. There was a time when Seltzer Cookie felt lost, thinking she had no special flavor or aroma of her own. But after encountering the teachings of the St. Pastry Order, she realized the purpose for which she was baked, and her heart swelled with joy like rising fizz! Seltzer Cookie guides believers along the path of faith and blesses those who answer the Call of Paradise, always striving to maintain a sense of composure. Yet, her heart bursts with excitement in front of a certain Cookie! Will Seltzer Cookie's pure, sparkling faith continue to shine brightly, even in the face of the destiny that lies ahead?

Perhaps one day, Seltzer Cookie will realize how special her bubbly and refreshing flavor is.

Seltzer Cookie's earnest prayers create a field of Carbonated Energy, which then disperses as Bubble Rain. Carbonated Energy draws enemies to its center and deals damage. Afterwards, Bubble Rain deals damage to enemies, Heals allies for a certain period of time, and grants them the Bubble Up buff. Additionally, Seltzer Cookie grants the CRIT DMG buff to Water-type Cookies for a certain period of time. If Menthol Cookie is on the team, she will inflict enemies and bosses with the Stinging Fizz debuff.

Religious sect dedicated to worshiping the Witches of the First Oven who created the first Cookies.

The St. Pastry Order believes in providence through sacrificial death, as reflected by their understanding of the original purpose of Cookies as mere desserts for the Witches. They use violent force and mental conditioning to muffle this truth from the outside world, however, and to indoctrinate other Cookies into joining the group. The group publicly recruits Cookies via unassuming missionaries, but also utilizes public service buildings such as churches in order to quietly indoctrinate children and teach them the Order's beliefs.

It is heavily implied that some members take on new names after a certain point within the order, fully discarding their previous identities. Those who join the Shadow Sisters sect are fully privy to the Order's guarded truths, and ensure the Order's secrets are kept from escaping its walls by whatever means necessary.

The Order believes itself to oversee a greater aspect of the past and future than other groups, and that despite their secretive attitude, "to walk without the truth in mind is to walk without purpose". They foretell that the "First Oven" will eventually reopen and that "all dough shall become One", a destiny that they believe justifies all actions that they take against other Cookies. They seek to acquire the Soul Jams for unknown purposes, and have crafted some of their weaponry to mimic those wielded by the Ancient Heroes.

So far, the Order has only had a tangible presence in the Crème Republic through the Cookies in White Masks, where it was able to remain completely hidden in plain sight until the events of Cookie Odyssey. Its true headquarters location is currently unknown.

Members of the St. Pastry Order:

Menthol Cookie - a strict priest who faithfully serves the St. Pastry Order. Seltzer has feelings for him. She longs for him to realize this and maybe they will be together. She really likes Menthol but she still does not dare to confess to him, relying on the fact that he will guess.

Mil-Feuille Cookie - A loyal servant of the St. Pastry Order. The main Cookie who helps the poor to lure them and make them followers of the St. Pastry Order.

Shadow Sister Cookie - The nun in charge of security and the commander of the Church's guard. She eliminates traitors and does everything to keep the cult secret. Seltzer is sometimes afraid of her, believing that her actions are cruel and sometimes unjustified.

Reverend Mother Cookie - A loyal servant of the Order. Seltzer respects her and listens to her in everything. The mentor of Seltzer Cookie.

Black Forest Cookie -a staunch servant of the Order. Sacrificed herself to perform a ritual under the guise of a wedding for the Creators, wanting to be eaten. Seltzer condemns Black Forest for this act and sincerely does not understand it. Nevertheless, she feels sorry for her friend and does not give up hope that she will come to her senses.

Pastry Cookie - left her post as a nun. Seltzer misses Pastry. She is truly sorry that Pastry is considered a traitor in the monastery. She would like to see the devoted Sister again and ask her why she ran away. Seltzer does not regret being friends with Pastry.

Doughael - the Cookie Angel. Everyone addresses Them with respect in the Order. Founder of St. Pastry of the Order. Seltzer admires Them and longs to earn Their respect. Doughael once called themselves the Forkbearer. Seltzer and the others address Them as "Your Eminence" or "Forkbearer". Seltzer worships Them without question and sincerely respects Them.

Avatar of Destiny - The being that They are going to summon. Seltzer Cookie, like the others, worships them, calling them Godly Creatures.

Clotted Cream Cookie - Enemy. Doughael doesn't like this Cookie because the Consul wants to destroy the Order. Seltzer understands their hatred for the Cremé Republic Cookies, but she believes that they will still find their way into their Order.

Dark Enchantress Cookie a bitter enemy. Seltzer senses evil coming from this Cookie. She simply doesn't like her and when Dark Enchantress mentions her evil deeds, Seltzer even becomes a little afraid.

Cookies from Cookie Odyssey - enemies. However, Seltzer does not lose hope that these Cookies will accept their faith and side with the Order.
