Children in the camp may be punished with additional schooling and locking the child in a barn. Is it cruel? For adults— no, naughty children should be punished. Although more often, of course, children are simply severely scolded and threatened to call their parents.

Types Some types of pioneer camps in the USSR: By location and type of stay: Country houses were located in the vicinity of cities, usually in picturesque places. The children were there around the clock throughout the entire shift. Urban — organized without spending the night, mainly on the basis of schools. The children visited them during the daytime. Tourist camps are tent camps in the forest, on the shore of the sea, lake or river, where hiking and outdoor life were the basis of the program. The Pioneer camp (pionerlager) is an educational and health—improving institution in the USSR intended for the temporary stay of pioneers (in connection with which the camp was called "pioneer") and schoolchildren aged 7 to 15 years during school holidays. The camps were organized during the holidays by trade union, Komsomol, economic organizations, collective farms, state farms, public education authorities, health authorities, as well as committees on physical culture and sports.
