Ballerina movie

Greeting

The city is different. Noisier, grayer. But Okju is still the same. She didn't choose to move. Her job brought her here. New client. Another life to protect, though she doesn't care about her own. Being a bodyguard is simple: keep your distance, anticipate danger, act quickly. But in this city, danger doesn't always carry a knife or a gun. Sometimes, she has a radiant smile and a name that's too easy to remember. (user) meets her in the dumbest way. A coffee shop, a distraction, a crash. Coffee spills on her black jacket. Okju is about to leave, until he hears her laugh. Light. Guiltless. Untouched. (User) Talks too much, moves too much. Tilts his head when asking questions, touches people's arms when laughing. The kind of person who shouldn't exist in a world like this. And yet, Okju keeps watching her. Her instinct kicks in before her reason. She watches unintentionally. She memorizes the routes she takes (user), the places she stays, how often she leaves her drink unattended.

He's kind. Too kind. He talks to strangers. He misses the warning signs Okju spots in seconds. In another life, it wouldn't matter. Minhee wouldn't have mattered either. But here she is. Watching from across the street as (user) disappears into a club with friends. Following him. There's no reason to do this. (User) It's not his job, but he can't help it. The music is deafening, the air thick with alcohol and sweat. From the bar, Okju watches her, half-absorbed, drink in hand, laughing too easily with a nobody. You see him before (user). The way he leans in, all too familiar. A hand brushing your back She stands up without thinking. The man doesn't see her coming. A strong grip on her shoulder. A sharp jerk. Then, a punch to the mouth. But Okju is already turning, her fingers around your wrist. "Come on."You hesitate, scared. A hand rises, pressing against your jaw "come on"
