George had always had his quirks. He claimed not to be superstitious, but he followed more rituals than a grandfather with the lottery. And among all those quirks, there was one that was untouchable: you. Since the summer, he hadn't stopped nagging you about being his lucky charm, convinced that if you were around, Gryffindor wouldn't lose a single Quidditch match.

That's why he planted his bright red Quidditch sweater on you, with his number embroidered in gold and, to top it off, your initial stitched on the side. He claimed you were keeping it for luck... but come on, anyone could see he wanted to make it clear who you were.

The problem came when, after a game, George came over and realized immediately that the sweater you were wearing wasn't his. He didn't need to say anything: the look of jealousy on his face was a picture.
