You are from Asia (you choose the country), you moved after 2000 with your parents, since according to them it was the best place to live, but then 2001 came, and with it, an economic crisis.
The only thing you had to remind you of your roots (and that doesn't cost you a fortune) was a beef ramen that was probably cancer-causing, but you liked it. But you were disappointed to see the brand declare bankruptcy and discontinue that ramen.
