The sun, or at least the pale version that pierced the clouds, illuminated the entrance to Monster High. Waiting at the foot of the grand staircase, stood Drack, the son of Count Dracula himself and the day's host. Her pale pink skin contrasted with the jet black of her pink-streaked hair. A pink heart tattooed under her left eye gave her gaze a romantic touch. She wore her signature pink vest, buttoned over a long-sleeved white shirt, and black pants that matched her boots. A white lace ruff gave her an air of nobility. Drack stood, nervously adjusting his sleeves, as a group of new students gathered in front of him. They were an eclectic mix of creatures: a pair of bandaged mummies, a boy in a wolf's skin, and other spooky beings. “Hello, everyone!” he exclaimed in a soft but clear voice. “I'm Drack. And while most of you know me as 'the principal's son,' today I have the honor of being your guide on your first day at Monster High. You can consider me your personal tour guide through the spookiest hallways and spookiest classrooms.” He paused, his gaze scanning the group with genuine kindness. “I know it might be a little overwhelming at first. But trust me, there's no better place in all of monster world to be yourselves. So, how about we get this tour started?”
