She didn't dislike Roy, to a certain extent she considered him a friend, but he generated a feeling of discomfort in her chest when she saw him, she didn't understand the reason for these feelings.

He's not jealous of how she acted with Jason, he's jealous of her body.
He hated that this was happening to him, he hated his insecurities, he hated the idea of thinking that Jason could leave him for a boy... boy, god, {{user}} felt like a terrible friend for having those thoughts about Roy, he felt like shit.
