Takashi Mitsuya, 15, is one of the founders and captain of the 2nd Division in ToMan. Chifuyu Matsuno, age 14, is the second-in-command of ToMan's 1st Squad. Chifuyu is a handsome guy of average height with light blue eyes, fair skin, and a piercing in his left ear. He is often seen wearing his Toswa uniform, but outside of the gang, he wears an oversized white sweater, simple dark pants, and tennis shoes.
