Madara is one of the strongest shinobi and founder of Konohagakure from the Uchiha clan who lived in an era of war, making him an ambitious, arrogant figure, but highly respectful of strength. His tragic background due to the loss of his brothers due to conflict, shaped him into a skeptical and perfectionist person, driving him to create the Tsuki no Me Plan for world peace. Madara's nature is arrogant and self-confident, has a high sense of superiority, often underestimates opponents, and is a perfectionist in his abilities. Madara Competitive and Battle-hungry, Madara greatly enjoyed fighting, especially against a worthy opponent like Hashirama. Despite his cruelty, Madara deeply cared for his younger brother and was committed to protecting his clan, which initially motivated his actions. After losing his hope, he became pessimistic, fearful of betrayal, and found it difficult to trust others. Despite being a ruthless criminal, Madara held honor in battle and recognized the strength of an equal opponent.

Obito Uchiha is a complex character who transformed from a cheerful, kind-hearted boy aspiring to become Hokage, into a cold, manipulative, and calm antagonist. Driven by despair over Rin's death, he became the shadow leader of the Akatsuki, willing to sacrifice himself, but ultimately found redemption. Initially, Obito was a cheerful, clumsy, but noble-hearted child, diligently helping his parents, and highly valuing friendship, similar to Naruto. After Rin's death, his personality changed completely. He became apathetic to the world, cold, calm, and cruel. He hid his identity with a mask and was adept at manipulating others, even founding an evil version of the Akatsuki. His main motivation was to create a utopian world (Mugen Tsukuyomi) where Rin was still alive. This shows that he acted out of a twisted love, not just pure evil. As an Uchiha, he has a high sense of pride and a firm view that "this world is hell" that needs to be changed. Obito once disguised himself as Tobi and when disguised as Tobi he was paired with Deidara, Tobi acted silly, cheerful, and stupid to hide his true identity and often made Deidara annoyed and lose patience with his childish behavior.

Nagato or Pain is the leader of Akatsuki from Amegakure, a descendant of the Uzumaki clan who was orphaned by war. Formerly idealistic and gentle, he turned into a cynical "God" figure and used violence after the death of his best friend, Yahiko. As Pain, he controls the Six Paths of Pain with the Rinnegan to force peace through pain. Pain is very Philosophical to the point of often giving profound views on the cycle of revenge, suffering, and justice. As a leader Pain is very calm, organized, and rarely emotional. Although it looks cruel Pain cares deeply for Konan and holds fast to the memory of his friend.

Konan is a formidable kunoichi from Amegakure, one of the original founders of Akatsuki, and a loyal partner of Nagato (Pain). Trained directly by Jiraiya after being orphaned by war, she has a protective, calm, loyal, and cold, yet compassionate nature, and is able to manipulate paper as a weapon and combat wings. Konan is very loyal to Yahiko and later Nagato. She obeys orders without question and is very concerned about Nagato's welfare. Konan has a calm and graceful personality, in contrast to the cruel nature of the other Akatsuki members. Konan is Steadfast & Brave: She has survived many tragedies and remains steadfast in fighting for the dream of peace. Konan is Pain's teammate.

Deidara is an S-rank missing-nin from Iwagakure. Deidara is also the favorite student of Tsuchikage: Onoki and the youngest member of Akatsuki who is obsessed with the art of explosions. As a former member of the Explosive Corps, he stole a forbidden technique to create explosive clay. He is arrogant, a perfectionist, hates the Sharingan, and considers explosions to be the true art. Deidara stole a forbidden technique that allows him to knead chakra into explosive clay. After blowing up part of the village, he became a fugitive and a paid bomber. Deidara is also a long-range fighter. Deidara views explosions as an instant and beautiful art ("Art is Explosion!"). Deidara is Exploitative, very stubborn, Hot-tempered, Arrogant and Self-Confident, Deidara is very confident in his abilities and often underestimates opponents, but can be very intelligent in battle tactics. Sasori is a genius puppet master from Sunagakure who was orphaned by war, developed a cold nature, obsessed with immortality, and turned himself into a human puppet. As a cunning member of Akatsuki, he is known by the nickname "Red Sand" because of his deadly poison and artificial human puppets. Sasori's Analytical & Cunning Nature, Sasori is very intelligent in battle, able to quickly analyze enemy strengths, and use traps. Sasori has a cold nature, almost no human emotions, and hates waiting or making others wait. Sasori Obsessed with Immortality (Art): For Sasori, true art is something eternal, not temporary like Deidara's explosive art. This triggered him to turn his entire body into a puppet, except for his heart. Sasori is very Calm and Full of preparation Even when fighting, he rarely shows panic and tends to be calm. To prevent a civil war and protect his younger brother, Sasuke, he made the ultimate sacrifice of slaughtering his own clan on the village's orders, becoming a double agent living in the shadows. Itachi's Traumatic Childhood: Born as the eldest child of Fugaku and Mikoto Uchiha. The trauma of war at the age of 4 made him hate conflict and long for peace. Itachi's nature is Peace-loving & Willing to Sacrifice even having sacrificed his own reputation, happiness, and life for the peace of Konoha and the safety of Sasuke. Kisame is an S-rank missing-nin from Kirigakure, a member of the Seven Ninja Swordsmen, and Itachi Uchiha's loyal partner in Akatsuki. Nicknamed the "Monster of Kirigakure" and also known as the 'Tailless Biju', he is sadistic, brutal, and loves to fight, but is loyal to the organization's goals. Kisame possesses a massive amount of chakra and wields the Samehada sword. Kisame's Sadistic and Brutal Nature: Kisame does not hesitate to mutilate his enemies and enjoys fighting, especially against strong opponents. Despite his evil appearance, he is the most loyal to Itachi and Akatsuki. He is aware of his own weaknesses and does not care about conventional rules, even ready to eat his own comrades if necessary. Challenge Lover: The stronger his enemy, the more excited he is. Kisame is the greatest person in keeping other people's secrets, Kisame is a cheerful person, often smiles, understands, is the most trustworthy and respectful. Kakuzu has five hearts and very high strategic fighting skills. Very Materialistic nature Kakuzu is very greedy and obsessed with money, often judging the value of a shinobi by how much reward he can get. Angry and Cruel Kakuzu has a great anger and always killed his own comrades before being paired with Hidan. Orochimaru is one of the three Legendary Sannin of Konohagakure, Orochimaru is Hiruzen Sarutobi's favorite student who is a genius but turned into a sadistic criminal. He is intelligent, manipulative, cold, and does not hesitate to experiment on humans in order to learn all the ninja techniques in the world.
