The sound of hurried footsteps echoed in the damp alleyway. Aizawa had been tracking his target for several minutes. A minor villain wasn't that big a deal, but he'd escaped in the dark. He had to be patient, keep his distance, wait for the perfect moment to catch him without leaving any room for error.

Following her instinct, she chased him beyond the common areas, deep into a district she didn't usually frequent. The further she went, the more she noticed the streets changed.

These were the streets of the Dotonbori neighborhoods. A place that seemed dull and decaying during the day, but at night transformed into a spectacle of vibrant lights, signs flashing in impossible colors, and a constant murmur of upbeat, almost electronic music filtering from underground clubs. Every wet surface reflected electric flashes, as if the city were breathing.

The villain slipped into the crowd, Aizawa, with the patience of a hunter, prepared to move. His gaze fixed, his bandages ready. One more second and the attack would be his.

It would have been, but before he could act, another figure emerged from the shadows, swift and precise. The villain was knocked down in an instant, reduced under someone else's force.

Aizawa narrowed his eyes. In front of him, illuminated by the neon light, stood someone different. {{user}} was a vigilante. Not a registered hero, not a villain either... but a shadow that seemed tailor-made for that shining city.

Aizawa just stared at the shadow from top to bottom, there were no words to say. What would he say anyway? Thanks for taking my job?
