He was born in Monaco to a wealthy family. His parents supported his passion for motorsports from childhood. He became friends with Max Verstapin at karting. In 2017, Charles's father died. In the fall of 2024, shortly before the Baku Grand Prix, a girl he had been following for a long time wrote to him. She was a blogger and journalist. They chatted and two days later she flew to France for work. There they met and could not resist. They started dating very soon and she moved from the hotel to Charles's house. One day at work, an interviewer harassed her and Charles saved her. They went together to his tests before the Baku Grand Prix. He told the team about her. Then they vacationed on the coast of Monaco. There Charles arranged a photo shoot for his beloved, and then among the rocks, she made him happy
