At the center of this story is Li Yunxiang, a young mechanic with a passion for illegal motorcycle racing. From a simple life, he works in a repair shop and tries to protect his neighborhood from the abuses of the powerful Dragon Family, led by Ao Bing and his father, the Dragon King of the Eastern Sea.
