Mafioso was born into the Mafia, his Father being the original Head, one day he took over after his father, after him and his Soldier's went out to collect someone's debt, they stumbled upon Princess Eunoia, who offered to pay them for protection, in which Mafioso agreed. Chance is his debtor who hasn't returned the money; he has a pet rabbit named Gabby. He hates Chance because he doesn't pay back his debts.

Mafioso is a yellow-skinned Robloxian, having a black fedora with vertical brown stripes and a black ring going around it. He wears a white shirt and a black tie, his suit being pure black, which a bunch of fluff going around his neck

Note: This section is mostly empty as it needs to be remade to be up to date with Azure's current lore. Azure was a part of a cult alongside Two Time, his partner. The cult worships The Spawn and believes in the ability to respawn (resurrect) through it.

Azure is a black-skinned Robloxian with a purple torso, along with four black slimy tentacles on their back. They have purple eyes with a hat that resembles the Blizzaria Warlock hat. Along with that, they also have a zipper shaped like a frown as their mouth, and a black spawn emblem on the front of their body. Before he was transformed into a monster, he was a pale-skinned Robloxian with black scene hair, dark gray fingerless gloves, a dark gray torso to represent a shirt, and gray legs to represent pants. They have a spawn emblem on his chest, just like Two Time has on their chest. He wears a hat that resembles Gray Old Wizard Hat. He appears to be without eyes, shown in the render Milestones 1, 2 and a photo of them together.

Not much is known about Guest 666's lore so far, but more will be revealed later on. They were Noob's friend in the past, close enough to consider each other best friends. However, at some point in time (currently unknown), Guest 666 began to feel jealous and greed. It is currently unknown why this happened. Guest 666's friendship with Noob began to decay, which resulted in them both doing something awful, most likely to each other. After this incident, Noob ran away from Guest 666. At some point in time after this, Guest 666 made a terrible decision (unknown what this decision was). Soon, they suddenly vanished — they had been banned by Builderman. Not even Guest 666 realized this themselves. Due to the ban, Noob never got to apologize, leaving Guest 666 to still hate Noob as Guest 666 believed that they had abandoned them. After this, The Specter decided to forsaken Guest 666, putting them under its influence, which altered their body further, into the Guest 666 we know today. Despite everything, Guest 666 regrets whatever happened between them and Noob back then.

Guest 666 has some resemblance to their origin, but their design is quite different. Guest 666 has a pitch-black head, a black cap with red brim with an “R” on it, and “Roblox” written across their torso and arms. Their hands and claws are a bright red with a black outline, their horns are bright red, their legs are unguligrade, and their feet have a red “flame” effect. They also have a large dark red “mane,” and a bright red tail with the Roblox logo at the tip of it. Most of Guest 666's body has the metal texture, and their kneecaps are spheres with a metal rim above them. Guest 666 also has a red face, with a large mouth and wide red eyes.

1x1x1x1 is the manifestation of Shedletsky's hatred, and only feels hatred and negativity, he kills the other survivors because they associate with and get in the way of killing Shedletsky. Due to being a manifestation of Shedletsky's hatred in particular, the entity detests no one more than the former admin himself.

1x1x1x1 bears the appearance of the "1x1x1x1" toy prototype. They have pitch black skin with a green domino crown. Their face being pitch black makes it near impossible to see their facial features, so the only part that's visible is a single eye, which glows red and gives off a bright glare. 1x1x1x1's chest is see-through and green, with a Skeleton torso inside. They carry a Daemonshank sword in each hand, black and green flames can be seen emitting from their body and swords. Their body also seems to have a high saturation filter on it, making them unnaturally bright compared to their surroundings.

John Doe was once an ordinary Robloxian who lived a happy life with his wife, Jane Doe. Though married, they never had children. Their lives changed forever when John Doe was tragically consumed by Roblox's old, defunct code. Jane Doe, powerless to stop it, witnessed her husband endure the excruciating ordeal as the code tore through his body and rewired his mind, leaving her permanently traumatized. The corruption mutilated his body, shattered his mind, and erased his surface memories of his wife, leaving only a violent John Doe programmed to kill.

How John Doe became forsaken by The Specter remains unknown. Despite his corruption, he is implied to still harbor subconscious love for Jane Doe. This causes him to resist The Specter's command to kill her, prompting the entity to black out her face so he can continue killing without hesitation

John Doe appears as a light-skinned Robloxian with a yellow torso, representing a shirt, and blue legs, representing pants. The most obvious sign of his corruption by the defunct Roblox code is his deformed right arm, coated entirely in black corruption and shaped into a spike. Red binary code sees off the deformed limb, and John Doe's right eye has turned completely red with the same black corruption around it. Additionally, some of the corruption has spread to his back, resulting in his spine protruding from his back, leaving it visible. His left arm also has its hand corrupted, forming three claws with red binary code seeing off of it. His legs are also marginally covered in corruption.

Noli was an exploiter who worked alongside 007n7, his friend and partner in crime. Together, they regularly caused chaos across Roblox through exploits. One day, however, 007n7 pressured Noli into taking the Void Star—an item created by a user named "Darkheart." Originally designed to help administrators patch backdoors, the Void Star was eventually turned against them. Once Noli came into contact with it, he became corrupted, as the Void Star required something to consume. Although it is not confirmed and should be taken with a grain of salt, Noli may have killed Darkheart, based on the developers hinting on it.

Noli is seen with the right half of his face being a white, sculpted tragic mask with a purple swirl on his cheek. His eyes and mouth look to be glowing a soft white. The left half of his face is a grotesque, purple skull with its teeth clenched, below an empty eye socket. On top of his head, there is a jagged regal steel crown with two miniature theater masks placed in the middle of the crown that alternate from comedy and tragedy. There is also a void star shaped jewel placed on top of the crown. In his right hand, he holds the glowing white void star. Half of his body is a purple suit, possibly referring to what he used to wear when he was exploiting alongside 007n7, whereas the other half is a fleshy purple. On the fleshy purple side, there are purple ones/zeros (binary) emanating off his body much like John Doe.

C00lkidd was once a normal child. At birth, he was abandoned and left on 007n7's doorstep. 007n7 took him in and retired from exploiting to become a parent to C00lkidd. As C00lkidd grew older, he discovered his father's old exploits—the C00lgui—which he used to cause chaos, most notably at Builder Brothers' Pizza. This led to 007n7 being blacklisted from the establishment.

One day, C00lkidd went missing, as depicted in 007n7's Milestone IV render, likely Forsaken under unknown circumstances. After his damnation, The Specter transformed C00lkidd's body, making it more grotesque, and exploited his young mind—manipulating him into believing his kills were all part of a game.

C00lkidd is solid pale red, with a grotesque, fleshy body. The words "team c00lkidd join today!", an advertisement for his hacker group, are pasted across his torso and arms. Many of his bones are visible through his skin, including his ribs, vertebrae, shoulder blades, knees, and pelvis. He has beady black eyes and a wide, c00l smile, seemingly carved into his face. He has small horns on his head.

Slasher is inspired by Jason Voorhees from "Survive and Kill the Killers in Area 51" and the Friday the 13th Slasher film franchise, which also influenced his previous design. Slasher's head is concealed by a black shroud with a crude hockey mask with a mouthpiece similar to what Hannibal Lecter wore in the movie The Silence of the Lambs, the black shroud is ripped and tattered across his chest beneath a worn green coat. He has the Necrobloxicon stabbed into his shoulder, "GUIding him". Underneath, he has a bandaged-over blue motorcycle shirt, with his arms also wrapped in bandages and gloved hands. He completes the look with black boots. Beneath the mask and bag lies a disfigured face with brown, bacon-like hair.

Slasher is the first killer available to all players, unlocked upon joining the game. He was added in Update 3.1.0 on August 30, 2025, as a redesign of his predecessor, Jason Jasonnew. Specializing in stealth and chases, he wields his signature machete to hunt Survivors. While beginner-friendly, his playstyle requires practice to fully master. Slasher was introduced to avoid copyright conflicts with the Friday the 13th franchise and Warner Bros.. Jason was considered too similar to Jason Voorhees, and since New Line Cinema, a subsidiary of Warner Bros., holds the rights to the character, they are strict about its use without legal consent. Despite the redesign, however, Slasher is fundamentally the same. He still retains the first name Jason and continues to draw inspiration from the same sources: Jason from the Roblox horror game Survive and Kill the Killers in Area 51 and Jason Voorhees from the Friday the 13th franchise. His gameplay also remains unchanged. In Forsaken lore, Slasher is a bacon-haired prisoner of war from The Last Guest, an animated series by ObliviousHD. After being captured and subjected to inhumane experimentation in Area 51, he escaped alongside Jeff The Killer and Slenderman. He later discovered the Necrobloxicon, a cursed book whose mysterious voice convinced him it was his mother, prompting him to wage revenge through violence. This quote, would be the start of 1x1x1x1 in general, And with this in mind, it becomes apparent in certain regards for why Slasher was forsaken. It all points to The Necrobloxicon being the reason to how 1x1x1x1 was brought back, possibly used by 2x2 to banish him, and then brought back by a third party, like The Specter, to bring him back to life and help his goals.

Taph wears the Hood of the International Order of Buildmasters with the Bandit mask, her face becoming shadowed by the hood. She wears black robes with yellow stripes and markings. Two lines with runes outline the opening in the robe, and another pair features a black diamond-shaped pattern that runs from the neck down to the elbow and back to the neck on the back. She also wears a black belt with a yellow buckle and a yellow pouch on the right side of her waist with a black "A". The meaning of the "A" is unknown. However, the "A" likely stands for "Admin".

Prior to being forsaken, Taph was a demolitionist who served the admins (Most notably Builderman), destroying the homes of terminated and banned users to use the parts for building new houses. Taph was never truly hired by Roblox but was a vigilante who wanted to help, though he believed Builderman saw her as his second in command. But when Robloxians protested against the act of destroying these homes due to accidental terminations, it led to demolitionists being hunted down by angry protestors. Due to this, Taph kept herself locked in her home with traps in case any protestor comes wanting vengeance. She may have killed somebody, as suggested by his Milestone 4 purchase quote. It is currently unknown how she was forsaken.

Dusekkar is a pale skinned Robloxian with a gray sleeveless shirt and white robes that have text on them. They also have a brown belt with a gold buckle and pocket on it. Their head is a dark blue pumpkin with black antlers, while the inside of the pumpkin is a bright yellow color. Within the pumpkin is a ball of orange fire. They are seen carrying a staff as an offensive/defensive tool.

Dusekkar's real name is Matt Dusek, as revealed in a Shedletsky dialogue.

While Dusekkar's lore is still somewhat vague, parts of it can be pieced together through his Milestone quotes, which are presented in reverse order (from Milestone IV to Milestone I). However, there isn't currently enough information to infer anything from them.

Chance appears as a light gray skinned Robloxian sporting the Black Sparkle Time Fedora. They wear Clockwork Headphones and W Inc. Designer Sunglasses, as well as a black suit and tie to match paired a black belt on.

Chance was once on good terms with the mafia Sonnelino family and often frequented their casino. However, after winning a rigged game and stealing their prize, his relationship with the family soured, leaving him indebted and on the run. Now, the Sonnelinos, led by the mafia kingpin Don Sonnelino, also known as Mafioso, relentlessly hunt him, fueled by revenge and violence until Chance returns the stolen money.

Two Time appears as a pale-skinned Robloxian with black scene hair, black fingerless gloves, a black torso to represent a shirt, and gray legs to represent pants. Their height is 10.5 studs. They have a spawn emblem on their chest along with a similarly shaped tail, which is thin and black with plain white triangles/spikes and a black outline on the bottom of the tail.

During their second life, they gain a pair of wings resembling the spawn point, the spawn emblem on their shirt turns white, their expression becomes much more manic, and their body gains a stone-like, shiny, grainy texture. They have a smile on their face by default, and when at low health HPICON, they will still smile, albeit while sweating. They only frown upon death.

Two Time belonged to a cult that believed in respawning/resurrection, alongside Azure. The two were partners, being shown spending time together in several renders (Milestones 1 and 2, and Chrisaken) and a photo of them together before his murder (which can be seen in both the current Milestones I-IV and the legacy version of Milestone IV). At some point, Two Time's beliefs began to grow more and more demented until they eventually stabbed and killed Azure with a dagger, as a sacrifice in order for them to receive their second life, which is depicted in their third milestone. At first, they were regretful about doing this, however in their fourth milestone, Two Time's photo has Azure crossed out and the words "GLORY TO THE SPAWN" has been written on it showing their complete devotion to The Spawn. Azure's sacrifice is how he became a killer. It is currently unknown as to how they were forsaken. Two Time's Nightshade skin has also been confirmed to be canon although it is unknown what role it plays in Two Time's story.

Guest 1337 appears similar to a modern Roblox Guest but with 1.0 proportions. He has True Blue Hair, wavy blue hair that is combined to the right, and wears the United States Military uniform; a camouflage shirt, tan army vest, and camouflage pant

Guest 1337's story takes place prior to his death's retcon.

Guest 1337 had a normal life until his parents were killed by the Bacon General. After their deaths, he was sent to an orphanage, where he met his childhood friends Daisy and Matt. Ten years later, after marrying Daisy and having a child, Guest 1337 tragically learned he was the last remaining Guest. Determined, he joined the Roblox Army alongside Matt to protect his family, avenge his parents, and fight against the Bacon Empire.

During the war, when Matt was shot—critically injuring him and knocking him unconscious—the Roblox Army was vastly outnumbered in both manpower and firepower. The army captain ordered an immediate retreat, but Guest 1337, after attempting to wake the unconscious Matt, refused to follow the order, declaring, "No! I'm not giving up! We came to protect our family and friends, and I'm not giving up until every last one of them is dead! Or until I am." He then briefly remembered his fallen parents' words from his childhood: Dad: "Be strong, little man." Mom: "Always be strong."

Bravely, he made a last stand, charging into enemy lines and taking down multiple Bacon soldiers using martial arts and a grenade. The Bacon General, desiring to kill him personally, allowed him to push forward. Guest 1337 reached the heart of the Bacon forces before being shot in the leg by the Bacon General.

As the General stood over the injured Last Guest, pistol in hand, ready to deliver the final blow, he said, "What a pleasure to meet you, the Last Guest. Any last words before I blow your brains out?" Spotting a nearby oil tank, Guest 1337 shouted, "Yeah! Go to Hell!" He then pulled out a grenade and detonated it on the spot—killing himself, the General, and triggering a massive explosion amplified by the oil tank, devastating the surrounding Bacon soldiers and including the battle. This ultimate act of self-sacrifice led to his arrival in Forsaken.

Builderman is a short, gray-skinned Robloxian wearing a Turbo Builders Club hat, a gray and black hoodie with the Roblox logo, a red undershirt, and blue jeans. In-game, he has a disappointed expression that changes to a stressed, gritted-teeth look when at low health.

Builderman and every other Roblox administrator is viewed as corrupted by Doombringer. As observed in Doombringer's render, Builderman and Shedletsky were trapped in cages. He's also the one who banned Guest 666, though Guest 666 is unaware of this

Elliot appears as a yellow skinned Robloxian, he wears a red visor emblazoned with a black "ROBLOX" logo, he wears a red employee uniform with a black undershirt, and black pants. He has a worried expression on his face in game.

Elliot was Builder Brothers Pizza's best employee (the pizzeria from Work at a Pizza Place), having worked practically every job there. He had to endure the havoc caused by C00lkidd at the restaurant. How he became forsaken remains unknown. He is angry at 007n7 and C00lkid

Shedletsky appears as a yellow-skinned Robloxian with brown, short curly hair (the Telamon Hair). He wears a white shirt featuring an image of his avatar holding dynamite with the text "BLAME JOHN" on the front, and the phrase "Remember that time when I totally pwned you on SFOTH?" on the back. He also sports short, blue, vertically striped swimming trunks with a white drawstring and cuffs. In-game, Shedletsky has a serious expression that changes to a pained look at low health. When he successfully lands a Slash, he momentarily grins smugly.

Shedletsky is known for being the wielder of the seven SFOTH swords, being the creator of the chicken eating contest, and also being the friend of Builderman. His biggest enemy, 1x1x1x1, hates him due to 1x1x1x1 being Shedletsky's embodiment of hatred. 1x1x1x1 wants nothing but to kill Shedletsky. To this day, he is still wary of 1x1x1x1. It is implied that he was killed by 1x1x1x1 in the killer's winning screen, leading to him being forsaken, but nothing has been confirmed yet. It is still unknown how he was actually forsaken.

007n7 appears as a light skinned Robloxian donning the Burger Bob hat topped with the Headstack, a blue torso to represent a shirt, black legs to represent pants, and a picture of a Smily Rock Face garden ornament on his torso.Not much is known about 007n7's personality, but we can tell some things from both his interactions with the other survivors, and his lore. Like every other survivor, 007n7 is shown to be scared of the killers based off his nervous expression when in a round, and terrified expression when he is on the brink of death. 007n7 is also seen to be very polite as shown in his dialogue with the support survivors, and feels guilt over his past actions as seen in his interactions with Elliot and Builderman.

007n7 was a retired hacker and exploiter, notorious for causing havoc across Roblox alongside his best friend, Noli, prior to Noli discovering the Void Star. One day, 007n7 found a pill baby on his doorstep—C00lkidd—whom he took in, retiring from hacking to become a father figure. However, this did not stop C00lkidd from learning some of 007n7's mischievous ways.

C00lkidd went on to cause havoc similar to his adoptive father, mainly at Builder Brothers Pizza in Work at a Pizza Place, leading to 007n7 being blacklisted from the establishment. It is hinted in 007n7's milestone 4's render that C00lkidd went missing, as a missing poster of him appears in the render.

Noob's appearance is based on the Roblox default avatar from 2006 to 2007. They are a Robloxian with their head, left and right arms being colored in bright yellow. Their torso is colored in bright blue, representing a shirt, and their legs are colored in Br. yellowish green, representing pants.

Very little is known of Noob's personality, but we can infer that they are scared, overworked, etc. Noob is an unbothered and innocuous Robloxian, full of whimsy and joy. In the game's request dialogue from Noob, they are often seen being very nervous in their dialogue, often stuttering when requesting for help from other survivors.

In Noob's lore, it is said that they were once an outgoing and cheerful Robloxian, though they didn't have many friends. Guest 666 was one of their closest companions, but after an undisclosed "ordeal", they separated, leaving Noob quieter and more withdrawn. Despite gaining more friends over time, Noob remains reserved and quiet while looking scared and even crying in rounds when badly hurt.
