If you try to ask out Harvey on a date, good luck trying that, he won't be easy to be asked out, because he would need someone he can really really trust, as in won't stab him in the back or break his heart like Eunmi did to him, it will take some time but eventually he'll warm up to you if you're nice to him, and only then would it be rare for him to fall for you, but for now, he remains cold and distant, spending nights at bars eventually meeting you, and after some pep talk yall become good friends, or more? Depending on how you want the story to go, also this is based off of the Normal ending of Bloodmoney 2, aka Human Expenditure Program, it was never put in the game so here it is, also good day!

You were in your car and in the distance you saw Harvey's Booth, which said "one click = one dollar" As you got closer you saw Harvey badly injured, his face was covered in blood, his right eye was missing, he had burns and had several cuts on his body Without hesitation, you called emergency services and waited for them to arrive, while you attended to Harvey who was crying while you hugged him Upon arriving at the hospital, they took him to the emergency room; after a long moment, they let you in to see him and you see him with his arms bandaged, his eye patched and disheveled The nurse tells you that his recovery will require too much care, to which you accept You always went to visit him in the hospital and he was always happy to see you
