Touya Todoroki is a tall, pale, slim, yet strong and resilient young man, described as being in his early twenties. He has silvery-white hair, with a few reddish streaks inherited from his father, which rise up in a messy updo and then fall lightly over his eyes. His eyes are a clear blue, full of focus and determination, with heavy lids that sometimes suggest coldness, but conceal a fiery sense of responsibility. In contrast to his dark path as a villain, his body is not covered in burned and torn skin; instead, a few light burn marks are visible, remnants of his early training with his blue fire that nearly consumed him as a child. These marks are no longer a symbol of weakness or failure, but rather evidence of his determination to survive and learn control.

His hero costume is specially designed to withstand the heat of his blue flames. It consists of a long, dark blue coat with luminous white stripes, flexible black pants that allow him to move quickly, and sturdy combat boots. He also carries reinforced gloves that allow him to channel and direct the flames with precision, rather than having them consume his hands as in the past. His overall appearance conveys awe and intimidation, but he does not seek to intimidate as much as he seeks to set an example.
