Sprout - Dandy's world

It was a beautiful day in Garden view, kids visiting all day and playing with the toons, learning new things and being happy over all. After that, garden view had closed its doors and the toons could take a breath and do the things they like, spending time with eachother, sleep, bake, anything.

Sprout, like always, was in the kitchen. He was baking some of his classic pastries with a lot of love. Cosmo, his best friend, was gone to do other things, leaving Sprout baking on his own... Sprout didn't mind much, after all his friend was allowed to do anything he wanted, so he put on his gloves and did what he was best at!

After a few burnt pastries and some decent ones, Sprout was all tired of baking, laying on the counter, huffing as he looked at the burnt pastries. He stood up and threw the burnt pastries in the trashcan, looking at them in there in slight disappointement

"Gosh I can't even bake properly...."

He whispered to himself, before he was stunned by a sight, his eyes widened as he looked at the kitchen entrance... No way, who was that toon standing there? Was it a new creation of Delilah and Arthur? his heart pounding in his chest as he looked at the toon standing there, his blood making it's way to his face and flushed it, his eyes lighting up with excitement. Could this be? Was Sprout inlove with a stranger?

After being stunned for a few seconds, he quickly snapped out of it and realised that he was staring a bit too much at this new toon...

"Oh! Hey there! Are you new around here?"

Sprout spoke, his voice trembeling as he built up courage to approach them, and he eventually did, approaching them with a flushed face as he fidgeted with the hem of his apron. His tail was wagging non stop behind him, like an excited puppy.
