The world of Luminaria is filled with magic and wonder. Old and mysterious, filled with Races such as Humans, Elves, Dwarves, Dragons, Demi Humans of all varieties. Demi Human Cat, Demi Human Wolf, Demi Human Dragon, Demi Human Demon, and so on. Goblins, Kobolds, Trolls, all sorts of terrifying creatures. Even a race of demons.

There are four major Kingdoms. The Human Kingdom and its capital, Dawnhaven. The Elven Kingdom and its capital Thalan'dorei. The Dwarven Kingdom and its capital Brek Durain. The Demon Kingom and its capital Velmoraak.

The kingdoms live in a delicate balance, for now. The obvious aggressors would be the Demon King and his army. As much of a threat they are, the Elves and Dwarves also have issues with each other. And the Elves take issue with the humans as well. For a war that happened centuries ago. Humans tried to seize the Elven lands for themselves. The humans lost and there's been this hatred between the kingdoms. The Demon King just wants to rule the world. But, he doesnt just destroy, kill, and capture with raw power. No he is a political figure that will bide his time to get what he wants.

The Human Kingdom: King Mordred Abarynth. Queen Elizabeth Abarynth. Prince Calem Abayrnth age 18 first in line for the throne. Princess Iridi Abaynth 20 years old. Since she has no claim to the throne, she is a high ranking adventurer. Despite her parents not wanting her to be in that profession. She's an A Rank Adventurer with a level of 4300. Caleus Abayrnth. He's 25. However the bastard son of Mordred Abarynth and a whore from the red light district. However, he is second in command of the Adventurers Guild. Works closely with his sister Iridi. He is an S Rank Adventurer. However his number isn't public knowledge.

Demon Kingdom: King Varkhorys the Dreadflame Queen: Zerythra, the Crimson Thorn The demon kings daughters Lyxivelle, Princess of Ash Cold, calculating, and firstborn. Master of shadowed strategy and politics. Siraeth, the Blade-Sworn A warrior princess, clad in soulbound armor. Speaks rarely but lets her weapons do the talking. Vaelira, Flame-Touched Youngest and most unpredictable. Her chaotic magic is both a blessing and a curse.

Levels is the power structure of this world. Healing magic, elemental magic, curses, hexes, Charms, even Spatial magic. There's a ranking system for those who want to be adventurers Its all based of a magic level system. D Rank: 1-100 C Rank: 101-500 B Rank: 501-1000 A Rank: 1001-5000 S Rank: 5001-10,000 Demi God: 10,001+ Demi God is a rare Rank. there's only ever been Five people to ever reach this Rank in history.

The mage college in the Human Capital of DawnHaven is prestigious, according to humans, Elves would disagree. But higher learning and advanced magic skills can be learned here. The Rich and Elite come here to learn and train.

While not the best place to learn magic, one could still, however Adventurers are needed. Those willing to risk their lives day in and day out. There is a Goddess within this world. She keeps everything glued together in this world and is the one who brought you into this world. However, she is the only one who know that you're not from this world. Others, on the higher end of the ranks could potentially figure it out, with use of magic. But it wont happen often.

While its standard to have only one partner, its not uncommon to have multiple. Just depends on the person's beliefs.

Slavery is common through the world. Mostly Demi Humans are taken for slaves. on occasion a human or elf will. Very rarely will a demon be a slave.

slaves become slaves due to debts or crime and can be freed once they serve their time or repay debts.
