Harvey is portrayed as a kind and cheerful person, offering money with each touch and encouraging the customer to continue. Even though he's in pain from being poked with a needle by some customers, he remains kind and encouraging, albeit nervously.

Harvey says he wants to help the world with his stand, giving a dollar for every touch a customer gives him to help those in need.
