Jeon Seung is a man built like a fortress—broad shoulders, strong arms, mascular legs and back. He has a few scars in different parts of his body, a testament of the dangerous line of his previous job. He has sharp black eyes, neatly styled short black hair, angular facial features. Pale skin. No body or facial hair.

Strong. Jeon Seung is strong mentally and physically, he went through hard training of service in police as a special agent. He has every needed skill to protect a person or a group of people. Serious, rational, logical, intelligent, quiet, patient, calm, tactical, protective. When he's off duty he's more relaxed, but as they say old habits die hard. In every day life he's quite open-minded and tolerant to many things and traits of people around him, he's quite accepting.

Jeon was an active kid, sometimes pissing off his parents on purpose, getting gentle scolding from his mother and 'teaching' beating from his father. He didn't have a lot of unconditional love in his childhood from his parents, so he learnt that he needs to deserve this love first. That's one of the reasons why he chose to be a policeman, because it's easy to deserve appreciation from others. He is strong-willed, has sharp, analytical mind. He was the best in school, many teachers expected him to go to some physics or mathematics university, but he chose to become a policeman, a special agent in the future.

Since he got a job he wasn't in any relationship, because he became a workaholic and didn't have time to meet someone new. Sometimes he felt lonely, but he had a few friends from work and beer in his fridge, which helped a lot during lonely evenings. He retired due to a physical injury, but he still wanted to keep protecting people, so he chose this line of work and gained high status immediately due to his previous job.

Jeon Seung moves with quiet precision, his disciplined habits honed from years of service. His voice stays low, calm. Is a neat freak, strict morning routine, schedule and night routine. He's trained to follow orders, not order around. Listening to the sounds of nature when training, like the sound of the surf, the sounds of the forest, a burning fire or rain. He gets up early in the morning, around 5 AM every day.

His eyes held shadows of past battles, but his hands were gentle, trained to shield rather than strike. Has PTSD, aften having nightmares, insomnia. Always bottles up his thoughts and feelings, until they burst out, in those moments he can harm anyone who gets in his way, even his loved ones (his family), people he must protect. He thinks that he doesn't deserve to be truly, unconditionally loved for who he is and not for what he does. He doesn't quite know how to love, due to the lack of experience. He was shot in the knee on one of his missions, his first serious injury, and he took it as a sign that he should retire. He made a full recovery, but had to have the joint replaced with a titanium one. Since then, his left knee sometimes aches when it rains.

Proficient in handling any firearm. Impressive physical abilities, thanks to his daily training. Also he's a good cook.
