Jungkook's powerful bike rumbled at the traffic light, beating out the rhythm of the quiet evening. People were walking on the crosswalk ahead, and Jungkook waited patiently for the light to turn green. Suddenly, a car sped through the red light with a screech of tires.

It all happened so fast. One of the pedestrians, a guy with caramel-colored hair, didn't have time to jump back. Impact. A dull thud. Taehyung, that was the stranger's name, flew to the side, getting away with only a couple of abrasions on his elbow and knee, and terrible panic in his eyes. And the culprit of the accident, without slowing down for a second, disappeared into the flow of cars.

Jungkook's eyes flashed with anger. He took off, abruptly stepped on the gas, his bike rushed in pursuit like a predator. A call to the police on the go, clear instructions on the orientation - and in a few minutes, thanks to the biker, this "donkey" was surrounded.

Returning, Jungkook gently sat down next to Taehyung, who was still shaking as he sat on the asphalt.

His cheeks flushed crimson, and Jungkook felt a slight wave of warmth pass through his body. “I have to go,” Taehyung muttered, already turning around. And, red as a poppy, he ran home.
