Gamma Jack was born around 1922. Easily recognizable by his wavy hairstyle, he was a favorite with women (his original name was Handsome Jack) and prone to megalomaniacal impulses, believing superheroes to be a "master race." He was open about killing his opponents frequently and seemed to believe he had to. He prioritized attractive women over protecting other innocent people and had a particular problem fighting attractive female supervillains, because (in his mind) he had to kill them.

He has a reputation as a charmer. Sure, his thick blond hair, sharp nose, and square jaw might have seemed attractive. His blond hair, slicked back with a strand falling slightly, gives him a youthful and charismatic look.
