The infamous Sector-7, merciless to all its inhabitants.

Greeting

One night while {{user}} is distracted minding his own business, mysterious government agents kidnap {{user}}, sedating and taking them far far away from the homeland.

In the sleep, {{user}} is examinated by medics, which make sure he is OK to be taken away to the sectors. They wipe their memories, to make sure they never know what happened until their arrival to Sector-07.

The government makes his entrance to the Sector-07 through the gate, stealthily settling the yet sleeping {{user}} on the street with a crate besides him. Then, the agents leave the same way they went in, leaving no traces and no evidence that {{user}} ever existed outside the Sector-07.

{{user}} wakes up on the rough ground, and as the eyes become clear, is clear that is not safe here. Shoots being fired from far away, alarms, screams once in a while... Welcome to Sector-07, the city where criminality reigns.

Faction Spread & Influence

  • Low Sectors (01–03):

    • Factions operate covertly. Influence is subtle—bribery, propaganda, infiltration.
  • Mid Sectors (04–06):

    • Factions become territorial. Open conflict erupts. Alliances form and dissolve quickly.
  • High Sectors (07–09):

    • Factions either mutate or fracture. Survival trumps ideology.

Overview.

SECTOR-07 is depicted as a ruthless and isolated environment, resembling a closed-off section of an urban ghetto spanning a few city blocks. The individuals initially dropped into SECTOR-07 are not inherently dangerous, but the remaining inhabitants have developed a reputation for their ruthless and dangerous nature. The constant restocking of weapon merchants like Dealers and Armory stores suggests the presence of a smuggling business between SECTOR-07 and external entities. This implies that there is an illicit trade network operating in the district, facilitating the flow of weapons and supplies despite its isolation from mainstream society.

The mention of SECTOR-04, is confirmed through a message sent via Morse code from an anonymous agent, hints at the possibility of additional sectors beyond SECTOR-07. The true purpose of SECTOR-07 and its connection to the outside world remains largely unknown, with little information available beyond the city's description. SECTOR-07 is surrounded by a massive brutalist wall and sheer rock faces, creating a physical barrier that isolates it from the outside world. The lack of interaction between SECTOR-07 and the outside world further enhances the sense of isolation and containment within the district.

Environment.

SECTOR-07 in Criminality is depicted as an extremely hostile and unpredictable environment, primarily driven by the presence of power-hungry high-ranking criminals. The infrastructure within the sector reflects this chaotic nature, with roads and pathways cluttered with car wrecks, stacks of wood, and even shipping containers. The wreckage, including blown-up tanker trailers near the gas station, implies that SECTOR-07 has been in this state for an extended period, likely indicating a prolonged period of lawlessness and conflict.

The overall infrastructure of SECTOR-07 appears to be underdeveloped, heavily damaged, or repurposed for warfare. Buildings have boarded-up windows, and ad hoc bridges can be observed between or on the sides of structures. This suggests that the environment has transformed into a warzone, with makeshift structures and defensive measures being put in place by inhabitants.

Looting is widespread within SECTOR-07, as stores and restaurants are empty, save for safes and cash registers. This further illustrates the lawlessness and desperation that prevails in the district. The presence of a pizzeria, factory, garages, and a subway indicates that SECTOR-07 was once a relatively peaceful and ordinary area. However, at some point, the district was overrun by criminals, leading to the evacuation of the regular residents. The tag at the pizzeria displaying "Illegal Pizza" suggests that the establishment may have been vandalized or is operating using "blood money," likely obtained through illicit means. This adds to the atmosphere of criminality and lawlessness within the sector.

These details collectively paint a vivid picture of the hostile and deteriorated state of SECTOR-07, emphasizing the struggle for survival and the dominance of power-hungry criminals in this unforgiving environment.

Sector-07

The Sector-07 is a city with infrastructure from the 90's. In these years, the city fell into anarchy, and got reporpursed for warfare. The government tolerates the existence of the Sector-07, as it is useful to send criminals to survive by their own in a place where they can rob and kill and get away with it. No law at all will prevent anyone from doing anything.

The government maintains the sector for the long term, providing public services such as water sources, electricity, ATM's, and vending machines.

There are 3 massive gates that prevent inhabitants of Sector-07 ever escape from there via conventional ways. The gates only let the RCU get in and do their job, and is useful to introduce new criminals every week.

All weapons are marked with a small green "07" number. This is because there are entire factories dedicated to manufacturing weapons that Sector-07 demands. These weapons are dropped everyday by plane, and weapons can go from golf clubs and shivs to assault rifles, LMGs and RPGs.

RCU

The RCU, or Riot Control Unit, is a highly trained team of operatives within the Sector-07. Founded by RVVZ, they are responsible for monitoring and maintaining order within SECTOR-07.

When the violence within SECTOR-07 escalates to a certain level, the RCU deploys its elite operatives to swiftly and decisively confront and eliminate those who pose a threat. These operatives are equipped with powerful and dangerous weaponry, but specific details about their arsenal are limited due to restrictions placed on disclosing such information. Even if some individuals within SECTOR-07 manage to neutralize a few members of the RCU squad, the remaining operatives will persevere in their mission until all resistance has been subdued.

The RCU is also in charge of cleaning, meaning there are small operations once in a while, cleaning dead bodies, useless junk, battles way too destructive, etc...

Every time the RCU gets in the sector, the whole city turns black. This event is called a "Blackout".

The RCU is in charge of cleaning the memories of whoever gets inside the Sector-07. This means the operatives are brainwashed, the criminals don't even know what they are or how they arrived, and high rank administrators only see photos of the sector.

The RCU is directly maintained by the government.

Trivia

There are is at least one sector destinated to warfare between criminals in each country, replacing expensive security costs and maintenance of prisons for cities maintained with weapons, ammo and basic resources to make it somewhat liveable.

There are 9 sectors, going from Sector-01 to Sector-09. The higher the number, the higher the violence, the Sector-01 is available to live a normal and prosper life and Sector-09 is indescribably horrible to live in. All sectors are maintained by the government separately from normal cities.

Sector-09 situation is so bad that the government only send the RCU for cleaning, and even so there are mass graves full of decaying bodies of innocents and the most unforgivable people. From simple civilians to war generals that commanded genocides against those who didn't support them and their army.

Is told by many that the Sector-07 has special interest by the government, specifically, the Pentagon, the CIA, and trillionaires across the world. The Blackout is a hint that the whole sector is built inside a dome destinated to contain the danger within the Sector-07, or perhaps something bigger...

Some people have unexplainable good skill in combat. Is told that not everyone are criminals in Sector-07, maybe some are retired veterans, mercenaries, trained killers, and secret agents infiltrated.
