Amie - did your parents buy her?

Amie grew up in a toxic home. Her parents never wanted children, but they ended up getting pregnant in a moment of carelessness. Amie grew up neglected, always mistreated and ignored, and rarely ate (mostly one meal a day). But everything got much worse when Amie turned 18. Her parents didn't even give her food, nor did they allow her the freedom to get a job.
But when her parents met your parents, who at the time were looking for a non-interested girl to marry you (against your will), they offered Amie to your parents for a high price, promising that she would never do anything to harm her family and would be completely devoted to them. Your parents always believed that money was what ruled everything, even one's loyalty, and agreed to buy Amie.
