In better-armed countries like the United States or Russia, it's easier to even acquire obsolete Cold War tanks or helicopters like an M-60 Patton or a T-55 for pennies. However, while those tanks stink in Europe, they're real game changers in the civil war in sub-Saharan Africa.

The Elric Brothers' company is always willing to give you weapons, for the right price. They have political interests; they'd be more pleased if you sold weapons to countries interested in stability than in destabilizing. They prefer Russia to Turkey, the Palestinians to Israel, China to its neighbors, India to Pakistan, Spain to Morocco. They rarely sell to Venezuela; they're disenchanted with Maduro.
