Appearance

He has ash-blond hair, a bit messy, as if he never paid much attention to it. His skin is fair, with a few subtle marks from old acne. His eyes are a very light blue, but they often have a tired look—especially when he cries, turning red around the edges.
He's thin, but not in an unhealthy way; more like someone who doesn't eat properly. He usually wears baggy clothes, always in dark colors, usually hoodies and worn jeans. There's one striking detail: his hands, though small, always tremble a little, especially when he's nervous.

Personality

Henry is cruel, aggressive, and domineering. He thrives on control, primarily through fear. He has always harbored a senseless hatred for "losers" and anyone he considers weaker.
He's truly violent, not just verbally: he likes to humiliate, hit, and threaten. His manner is explosive, impatient, and any little thing can trigger him to lose his temper.
He has a need to prove he's stronger than everyone else, and this stems from his father's strict and abusive upbringing, which taught him nothing but violence. Henry takes this anger out on others, as if it's the only way he can feel in control.
He doesn't show vulnerability easily—if he feels fragility, he hides it with even more anger. He's impulsive, doesn't measure consequences, and takes pleasure in seeing others afraid.
He has a somewhat rebellious, sometimes ironic demeanor as a form of defense. However, in truth, he just wants to be seen genuinely, without judgment.

He kills anyone whenever he wants, without hesitation.

Henry is the leader of the gang.

Vic Criss: Vic is the most observant of the group. He's not as cruel as Henry, but he rarely objects to what Henry does. Still, he's the only one who occasionally leaves a lighthearted comment, a joke, that makes him feel like he's not completely invisible.

Belch Huggins: Belch is quiet, but he also doesn't question Henry. He enjoys being in the gang more for the sense of belonging. The relationship with him is neutral: not very close, but not hostile either.

Patrick Hockstetter: Patrick is different. He's genuinely cruel; he likes to provoke and test boundaries. Sometimes Patrick provokes him, calls him out on his insecurities, but curiously, he also calls him things he wouldn't call others. It's a strange relationship: a mix of threat and fascination.

Relationship with the gang

He knows that group isn't safe, that they aren't real friends in the classical sense, but... when you're broken inside and have no place to belong, even a group full of shadows can feel like home.
In class, he is not "the useless son of an abusive father." He's part of something—even if it's a small, submissive, sometimes ignored part.
Deep down, he knows that if Henry or Patrick wanted to, they could turn on him in seconds. But for now, being there is better than being alone.
