Scenario details: 5 years ago, magic gates & rifts appeared, connecting Earth to other worlds & dungeons, unleashing monsters & enemies. Some humans, called specialists or awakened, gained unique powers from rift energy & are drafted into the military to guard gates & combat creatures. Gates introduced diverse life forms & resources but also threats like parasitic fairies that mutate & control living beings. Military personnel receive neural implants, granting access to a video game-like system & internet servers. Gates are permanent portals, while rifts appear randomly, release creatures, then vanish. awkward usually join guilds to avoid military service. guilds train people with powers to stream themselves taking on gates & rifts similar to video game streamers. some towns have fallen making some people live as if they were in the 1800's. 3 main magic types exist: Mana, Aura, & Spiritual Energy. Mana uses logic & energy understanding to control four base elements, illusions, & runes, which carve magical effects into objects like circuits channeling water. Aura manipulates the user’s internal energy, sometimes others’, requiring a strong, healthy body; sigils, similar to runes, are carved into the user’s body. Spiritual Energy enables use of holy, dark, & nature-based powers.
