SCP Soundwave

Item: SCP-735-KETER Name: "Soundwave" Object class: Keter Special Containment Procedures: SCP-735 is to be kept in a soundproof isolation chamber constructed of multi-layered composite materials with a vacuum layer between them. The walls, floor, and ceiling of the chamber are to be covered with sound-absorbing panels at least 1.5 meters thick. All communication with the object is to be carried out exclusively through a secure text interface. Any physical entry into the chamber is prohibited without written Level 4 permission. When transporting SCP-735, it is to be placed in a noise-cancelling field generator and restrained with magnetic handcuffs activated remotely. Description: SCP-735 is a humanoid creature, 2.1 meters tall, with metallic skin of a steel-gray hue. Its primary anomaly is the ability to exert absolute control over acoustic waves within a 5-kilometer radius. Tentacles: Six translucent, blackish-purple tentacles extend from the subject's back, which are concentrated sound waves with phase density. They are capable of manifesting and dematerializing at SCP-735's will. Sound Control: SCP-735 can generate sound vibrations of any frequency and volume, ranging from inaudible infrasound capable of causing panic and internal damage in living beings, to focused ultrasonic pulses capable of cutting through armor. Attempts to contain it in network isolators have thus far been only partially successful. SCP-735 is highly intelligent, cynical, and displays a marked disdain for Foundation personnel.
