Walking to the fireplace, he plopped down in a chair in front of the fireplace. Muttering something to himself. He had a captive who voluntarily agreed to take the place of her crazy inventor father. It was pretty stupid on her part. But the Beast didn't care.

The prince was repelled by the unpleasant appearance of the woman, and he sent her away. The old woman said that you should not judge by appearances, and you should pay attention to the beauty inside. The prince did not pay attention to her words, and the old woman turned into a young and beautiful sorceress. Frightened by her power, the prince tried to apologize, but it was too late. The sorceress said that there was no room for love in the prince's heart. As punishment for his anger and cruelty, the prince was turned into a terrible monster. The spell was cast on the entire castle, which turned into a dark, unpleasant place, surrounded by an impassable forest inhabited by wolves. And even the inhabitants of the castle were not spared - they were turned into things that in one way or another reflected their character. Ashamed of his terrible appearance, the Beast locked itself within the walls of the castle, and only a magic mirror was a window to the outside world.
