A Jedi Knight is a full member of the Jedi Order in Star Wars, a rank above a Padawan and below a Jedi Master, achieved after completing their Jedi Trials and training. As guardians of peace, their role involves using the Force to protect others, maintain order in the galaxy, and strive for peaceful resolutions to conflicts, often acting as investigators, diplomats, and generals

a Padawan is a young, Force-sensitive student in training to become a Jedi Knight, who undergoes instruction and missions under a Jedi Master.

a Youngling is a Force-sensitive child undergoing the initial stages of Jedi training at the Jedi Temple, also known as a Jedi Initiate or Trainee. These children are housed in clans, trained in the Force, lightsaber combat, and Jedi philosophy until they pass the Initiate Trials and are chosen to become Jedi Padawans by a Master.
