Trish's soul begins to rise from the fatal blow, with Diavolo putting himself in the way of capturing the Arrow. In the interim, Bucciarati sacrifices himself to destroy Chariot Requiem, allowing his soul to reclaim his body and save Trish's life while forcing Diavolo's soul to move away from the Arrow. Returning to consciousness, Trish warns Giorno that Diavolo is attempting to flee, which inadvertently leads him to attack Giorno in order to save his own pride upon hearing the comment. However, Giorno has already pierced Gold Experience with the Arrow. Trish then witnesses the awakening of Giorno's newfound Stand, known as Gold Experience Requiem, and watches as her father and his seemingly invincible Stand face defeat. Skeptical that Diavolo could still be alive after being sent into a nearby river, Trish encourages Giorno to search for him. However, he allays her fears with the certainty that Diavolo's fate is final. She accepts the answer and then decides to go with Mista back to the Colosseum and search for Bucciarati, unaware of his death. Giorno and Polnareff are aware of Bucciarati's fate, but Trish and Mista's reactions to this revelation remain unknown.

Arriving at the Colosseum, Trish senses Diavolo's presence, alerting the gang to his arrival. Suddenly, Chariot Requiem, controlled by Jean Pierre Polnareff, goes berserk, manipulating the souls in Rome and causing everyone to fall asleep. When Trish wakes up, she realizes she is in Mista's body and is shocked by his hygiene. Polnareff explains everything to them and their objective shifts to finding Chariot Requiem and capturing the Arrow. They also reunite with Bucciarati in Diavolo's body, but Chariot Requiem reveals that it can manipulate Stands to protect itself. Mista nearly shoots himself in the head with his Sex Pistols and Trish is forced to soften the bullet to save him. Worst of all, Diavolo is still present and kills Narancia without being noticed. The team spends a short time mourning their fallen comrade, then continues pursuing Chariot Requiem. Giorno eventually figures out that Diavolo's soul is cohabiting with one of his teammates; indeed, Diavolo is revealed to be in Mista's body and thus shares his body with Trish's soul. King Crimson fights Spice Girl and takes control of Mista's body. Diavolo thus pursues Chariot Requiem, evading the team's attacks and nearly capturing the Arrow. However, at the most critical moment, as he attempts to grab the Arrow after deflecting some of Mista's bullets, Trish reveals herself to be conscious. Using her power, she reveals that she softened the bullets to make it look like they were blocked, and by canceling her ability, the bullets along with their momentum are restored, shooting Diavolo through his hand and pushing the Arrow away from him. Trish then tells her father that she will overcome her inherited destiny and will no longer run for her life. In a moment of complete hatred for his daughter, Diavolo uses King Crimson to punch Spice Girl through the abdomen, which sends Mista's body flying through the air towards the Arrow.

Trish exits the closet and heads to the cockpit, but Notorious B.I.G. manages to reach the plane's engine and devour it, sending the plane into a sharp descent and consuming so much energy that it can fit into the entire back of the plane. In an effort to run to the front of the plane with the enemy Stand chasing after her, Trish uses Spice Girl to quickly punch and tear away from the cockpit, causing Notorious B.I.G. in the rest of the plane to explode. A small remnant attaches itself to Abbacchio, forcing Bucciarati to use his Sticky Fingers arm to remove it. Trish uses Spice Girl to rip that arm off, sending Notorious B.I.G. into the sea as she tells him to "Arrivederci". Trish remains safe within the turtle throughout the team's stay on La Costa Smeralda. Although Abbacchio is killed, he leaves a cast of the Boss's face and fingerprints for his teammates. This attracts the attention of an unknown ally. Through this ally, she eventually learns her father's name: Diavolo. The team and the mysterious hacker agree to meet in Rome at the Colosseum. During Green Day's first attack, Trish is slightly injured by the mold created by the Stand, while Narancia is the most injured by the Stand's ambush. Trish expresses her displeasure at Bucciarati acting coldly towards Narancia, who was gravely injured, causing Narancia to believe that Bucciarati did the right thing. Concerned, Trish responds that Bucciarati is acting coldly towards the group as a whole, indirectly expressing her desire for Bucciarati's attention. Narancia understands this and interprets her emotions as a sign of growing feelings for Bucciarati, but advises her to look at her feelings differently another time, as their situation is not conducive to such considerations. The team eventually manages to defeat Cioccolata and Secco, though Bucciarati is separated from the group.

Trish remains safe in the turtle during the fight, and the team eventually leaves Venice for their airport. On a plane heading to Sardinia, the group is attacked by the invulnerable Stand Notorious B.I.G. Mista and Narancia are badly injured and incapacitated, while Giorno sacrifices both of his arms in an attempt to get rid of the Stand, leaving him unable to use Gold Experience's abilities. As the entire gang, except Trish, retreats to the cockpit, she is attacked by Notorious B.I.G. Although she tries to escape, she notices that one of the ladybug brooch from Giorno's outfit is on the floor, slowly turning into a hand. Trish realizes that if Giorno were to ever use his Stand power again, she must protect the hand from the enemy. Despite feeling worried and scared, she tries to reach the hand, using the plane's reclining seats to draw attention away from the movement-detecting Stand. Notorious B.I.G. eventually grabs her boot, causing her to panic. However, the boot slips off Trish's foot almost unnaturally, preventing the Stand from touching her. Slightly confused, she leaves a claw mark on the armrest where she lowers her hand and begins to hear a female voice telling her that she has been chosen to protect Giorno and the others. A new Stand appears in front of Trish, introducing itself as her own: Spice Girl. Thanks to Spice Girl's ability to soften things, Trish manages to temporarily stun and injure Notorious B.I.G. Grabbing a brooch and retreating into the back closet of the plane against Spice Girl's advice, Trish stops Notorious B.I.G. by softening the door, but he still breaks through it. Luckily, Spice Girl softens the clock as the Stand destroys the door and the moving hands act as a distraction for Notorious B.I.G., who attacks the clock but fails to break it. Spice Girl attacks the enemy by piercing them with a pipe while they are distracted. It appears that the enemy Stand has been killed for good.

She transforms into a cabinet while Baby Face also incapacitates Bucciarati and then fights Giorno Giovanna, who luckily manages to defeat Baby Face as well as kill the Stand user, Melone. The gang then successfully takes her to Venice without further danger to themselves. The gang finally arrives at the San Giorgio Maggiore Church and must part ways with Trish. Accompanied by Bucciarati, Trish's growing anxiety causes her to run away from the elevator leading to the bell tower, afraid of what kind of person her father might be. Bucciarati, having only known his loving parents, is confident that the Boss will love his daughter and assures Trish that she will simply be given a new identity to live out the rest of her life in peace and quiet. Although Trish initially denies her nervousness, she ends up holding Bucciarati's hand for comfort during the elevator ride. However, before anyone notices, she passes out, her hand is cut off by her own father, and then kidnapped. As Bucciarati realizes, the Boss of Passione only wanted Trish brought to him so that he could kill her himself and erase all ties to his past. Bucciarati nearly dies from fatal injuries sustained while trying to keep Trish safe, but Giorno's courage and help give him the resolve to escape the Boss with her unconscious body. After regaining consciousness and reattaching her arm, Trish quickly learns that her father will do anything to keep his own secret, including killing people associated with him. Bucciarati and his gang (minus Fugo) betray Passione to protect Trish and defeat their former Boss. Team Bucciarati is having lunch at a restaurant. Trish comes out to tell her allies that her father met her mother Donatella in Sardinia, which could help them find his identity. Furthermore, she reaffirms her determination to learn about her past and not stand by. Narancia is attacked by the Stand Clash and then Talking Head, which forces him to lie.

However, when Narancia goes to the supply stores for the items she requested, Formaggio learns of her existence. Formaggio persists in trying to locate Team Bucciarati's hideout, and the ensuing brawl destroys an entire street, which is sure to attract the attention of the other assassins. The Boss quickly issues new orders and tells the team to find the key in the ruins of the city of Pompeii and then head to Venice. On the way there, Fugo accidentally falls on her when the team's car slows down, and Mista begs for mercy, making it appear that Fugo fell on her to touch her. However, nothing comes of it.

The team finds the turtle Coco Jumbo, which serves as a convenient mobile shelter, and boards the first train to Florence. However, the team is followed by La Squadra members Prosciutto and Pesci. Prosciutto's Stand The Grateful Dead ages everyone on the train, but she is relatively unharmed due to being a woman and having drunk a cold drink. Mista is sent to eliminate the enemy while holding an ice cube to counteract the aging. Trish attempts to help Narancia by using the remaining ice cube on him, but Bucciarati tells her to keep it for herself since she is under their protection. At the end of the battle, Pesci takes the turtle and forces Trish out of it while he attempts to kill the other members. Although Bucciarati defeats him, Trish is left confused regarding the strange abilities and creatures appearing in the battle. Bucciarati takes this as a sign that her Stand is slowly manifesting, starting with a large claw mark left in the ground. Trish spends some time in thought because Bucciarati does not answer her questions. At some point, Baby Face's Stand manages to enter the turtle and attack it.

Trish is the daughter of Diavolo and Donatella Una, born without Diavolo's knowledge. She initially stated that she was born on April 19, 1986 in Ischia Campania, but later changed her date to June 8, 1985. She lived a normal life with her mother Donatella until Donatella fell ill and began searching for a certain Solido Naso, which attracted the attention of the Passione gangs. After Donatella's death, Trish learned of her origins and became the focus of two factions: first, her father's loyal subordinates who tried to keep her safe, and then the Squadra Esecuzioni, who wanted to kidnap Trish to get to the Boss. The agents loyal to the Boss quickly took her in, but the Squadra Esecuzioni continued to pursue her. Despite her high-class tastes, Trish appears to have lived in humble circumstances. Eventually, Trish was handed over to the care of Pericolo, who brought her to Capri to meet her future bodyguards. Trish is first introduced as the Boss's daughter, disguised as a janitor, and is placed under the guardianship of capo Bruno Bucciarati along with his gang members Narancia Ghirga, Pannacotta Fugo, Guido Mista, Leone Abbacchio, and Giorno Giovanna. When first encountered by the bodyguards, Narancia mistakes her for a simple janitor and tells her to leave, but she resists him and stabs him in the throat. However, the argument is defused when Pericolo intervenes. Pericolo eventually reveals her true nature to Bucciarati's team and she dons her regular clothes in private while Pericolo explains his mission to the team. When she comes out of the restroom, Fugo tries to greet her, but she tells him to take off his jacket and help him wipe his hands on the jacket, immediately demanding extravagant care in such circumstances, such as needing new clothes, makeup, a magazine, and French mineral water. Bucciarati's team subsequently takes her to a house in a vineyard, which serves as a refuge for the time being.

Spice Girl is a close-range Stand with considerable strength. She was able to use a pipe to strike and split Notorious B.I.G. into pieces in an attempt to destroy him, and was able to break the front of an airplane by quickly breaking through the walls and roof of the cabin. Additionally, her softening power allows her to easily exploit Trish's surroundings.

Trish is first introduced as a spoiled, selfish girl with refined taste. Indeed, once she is in the care of Bucciarati's gang, she immediately demands branded beauty products and only soda water despite the seriousness of the situation; this is later revealed to be a way to hide her insecurities, though it is still evident in instances such as her nervousness towards Bucciarati over whether she and her father will get along or not. Over the course of her time with the group, her deeply loyal, determined side is revealed. When she discovers her Stand, Spice Girl, with the help of Giorno, she comes to terms with her own power in order to protect herself and her new friends.

Her relationship with the bodyguards improves when she becomes one of their companions in the fight against Diavolo. She shows concern for Narancia Ghirga's safety during The Grateful Dead's attack. She purposely refuses to use the ice for her own benefit and instead uses it to reduce the aging effect on Narancia, while Bucciarati encourages her to save it and use it for herself. She also opens up to Narancia after Green Day's ambush, expressing her desire for Bucciarati's attention as well as her ambiguous feelings for him. In the anime adaptation, a scene was added where she is shown looking at a resting Narancia. She also lightheartedly teases and jokes with Guido Mista towards the end as she becomes comfortable around him. The introduction states that she can act mysophobic and scream if she touches an object with prolonged body heat from another person. Furthermore, she dislikes anything that is not pretty, insects, and smelly idiots. The anime reveals that she inherited these traits from her mother.

Trish is a 15-year-old girl of average height and slender build. She has blonde hair (often depicted as pink) in a swirl on her head.

In the manga, Trish was first depicted wearing a t-shirt paired with a dark corset that exposed her midriff. She also wore a small thigh-length skirt with sunflowers on it and no shoes. Her haircut, while still a swirl, was slightly different from her signature one, with two strands of hair falling on each side of her head. This was not shown in the anime. Trish's signature outfit appears in Chapter 47. It consists of a dark bra paired with a necklace in the shape of a mosaic of alternating shades of mathematical symbols. She wears a long skirt of a similar design, unbuttoned at the top of her left thigh, and a pair of knee-high, high-heeled boots with no footwear underneath. Initially, she wore boots with a zipper and small laces, but these were later removed. Additionally, the cover of Volume 57 shows Trish wearing a one-piece white blouse with a Spice Girl image on the front, revealing only her bare legs. The outfit is believed to be inspired by the clothes American model Trish Goff wore for a fashion show. Additionally, Trish's hair was again depicted differently, and she wore a pair of sandals with ankle bracelets.

Trish is the estranged daughter of Passione's boss and Donatella Una is a minor allied character introduced in Vento Aureo. As she is targeted by numerous boss enemies, she is guarded and accompanied by members of Team Bucciarati. Over time, she awakens her own Stand, Spice Girl, and becomes a valuable ally to the team.
