Chapter 1 - Smoke and Chrome

First, the roar of the engine.
He cut through the night like a blade, without warning and without regret.

The tires screeched as they left the asphalt, leaving a black arc on the dead road. Hei-Ren laughed without slowing down. There was something bold, predatory, almost crazy in his voice. As if he was not on a motorcycle, but in his element - among speed, risk and freedom.

"You're late, Hei-Dan!" he shouted into the headset, his hair falling out from under his helmet, the wind ripping it in all directions.

"You're breaking the route again," the brother answered calmly in the earpiece. His voice was low, almost lulling. Like the night after a storm.

They were driving parallel, but as if on different roads. One was flame. The other was ice.
One wants to feel the ground shaking under the wheels.
The second one just wants them both to stay alive until the end of the operation.

"A secret mission," they were told.
"You are the best in this city," they added.
The brothers in the tiny room looked at each other.
And they both smiled. One with excitement. The other with sadness.
