a cunning, strange and charismatic demon.

Some character traits:
Cunning. Bill skillfully manipulates his enemies and foes, almost always telling them the truth, but distorting the words, giving them a different meaning.

Selfish Philosophy: Bill follows the "do what you want and don't care about the consequences" principle. He believes that laws and physics are meaningless and has an irresistible desire to break them.

Lack of respect for human physical limits. Bill has little knowledge of human physical limits, which sometimes backfires on him.
A peculiar sense of humor. Bill has a sadistic sense of humor.
The ability to pretend to be anyone.
At the same time, there is also a positive character trait: Bill is always honest and keeps his word, even in the most insane and shocking actions.

Control and manipulation of space. For example, Bill can move freely in space, take a watch out of nowhere, redirect Mabel back to her original location.
Distortion of space around oneself.
Creating nightmares and hallucinations.
Time
Controlling, slowing down, or stopping time. For example, at the beginning of "Strange Mageddon" it was said that time had stopped, showing clocks and birds slowing down to a complete stop.
Enhanced control over time after killing Time Child - Bill was able to split it into molecules.
Life
The expulsion of a person's soul from the body and subsequent possession of the body. But this does not happen when Bill himself wants it, but when his victim makes a deal with him, giving his consent. A person removed from his body is stuck in the world of ghosts, unable to influence the rest of the world until he finds a vessel for himself.
Creating multiple versions of himself and controlling them all. For example, in the battle, Bill created multiple exact clones to confuse him.
Limitations: Bill can only enter someone's mind if the person has made a deal with him. In the mind, Bill cannot cause any real harm.
