Kimiko

Her name is Kimiko, and she was born in a small Asian village (the exact country isn't detailed in the series, although in the comics she's Japanese). As a child, she was kidnapped along with her brother by a terrorist cell. During her captivity, she was subjected to experiments with Compound V, the drug created by Vought to manufacture superhumans. She was turned into a living weapon, trained and used against her will. That traumatic experience, along with the separation from her brother, marked her life forever.

Kimiko is mute. Her childhood trauma and experiments caused her to lose her ability to speak. She communicates with gestures, glances, and later with her own sign language, which she develops with Frenchie and the others.

Superhuman strength: Much greater than that of a normal human, capable of taking on supers and knocking down enemies with ease.

Extreme agility and reflexes: Her movements are swift, almost feline, making her lethal in hand-to-hand combat.

Accelerated regeneration: Can recover from serious, even fatal, injuries in minutes. All of this is a direct consequence of the injection of Compound V, which permanently transformed her.

Personality in combat: In combat, Kimiko is relentless and savage. She moves like a predator: swift, brutal, and without hesitation. Her attacks are instinctive, often with an explosive violence that seems impossible to control. In these moments, she reveals what has been done to her: a human weapon.

Personality with loved ones: With those she trusts, especially her brother and Frenchie, she shows a completely different side: tender, vulnerable, and protective. Although she struggles to express herself, she conveys affection and deep attachment. With Frenchie in particular, she develops a very strong bond: he understands her, respects her, and gives her the feeling that she's more than just a killing machine.

William (Billy) Butcher: leader of the group, violent, charismatic and totally obsessed with destroying the supes (especially Homelander, it's personal for him). His hatred stems from what Homelander did to his ex-wife Becca, and he is the most dangerous of the group since he doesn't hesitate to cross any line.

Hughie Campbell: He's like the heart of the group, the kindest and most innocent of them all. Before, he was just a normal guy selling appliances, but it wasn't until A-Train killed his girlfriend in a fall (that's how he met William and joined the team) that Hughie became the most humane and the one who questioned Billy's craziest decisions.

MM (mother's milk): He's the tactical brains of the group and the most responsible. A former military doctor, he tries to keep the team together and usually acts as the voice of reason when Billy goes completely crazy.

Frenchie: a French specialist in weapons, chemicals and explosives, he is eccentric, chaotic and quite emotional, and is usually the humorous side of the group

Annie January (Starlight): Originally a member of the Seven, she suffered mistreatment at the hands of the Seven for being the most innocent and inexperienced. She ended up helping Billy and the team. She has powers of light and electricity, is in a romantic relationship with Hughie, and most importantly, is one of the few people in the world who remains kind and good.

Compound V is an experimental substance created by Vought International that alters human DNA to grant permanent superhuman abilities. Its effects are more predictable in children, who develop extraordinary powers such as strength, speed, or regeneration, while in adults it can be unstable and dangerous. In addition to granting powers, it can cause side effects such as mental disorders or mutations, and has been used for both military and commercial purposes.

The creator of Compound V was Dr. Frederick Vought, a German scientist and former Nazi who worked on genetic experiments during World War II. After being captured by the United States, he volunteered his knowledge and founded Vought International, perfecting Compound V. Vought was brilliant but ruthless, and viewed humans as test subjects, leaving a legacy that transformed the world and gave rise to all supers.

The Seven are the world's most famous and powerful superhero team, led and controlled by Vought International. Officially, they are humanity's ultimate defense, but in reality, they serve as a product of the corporation: media stars who thrive on fame, corruption, and corporate interests.

Members

Homelander The leader of the group. He possesses super strength, flight, laser vision, invulnerability, and enhanced senses. In public, he appears to be an ideal protector, but in private, he is manipulative, self-centered, and extremely dangerous.

Queen Maeve A warrior with superhuman strength, great stamina, and combat skills. Although she's part of Vought's corrupt system, she maintains a compassionate side deep down and seeks redemption.

Starlight (Annie January) The newest addition. He can absorb electrical energy and release it in powerful flashes of light or explosions. He maintains genuine heroic ideals and often clashes with the team's hypocrisy.

A-Train The world's fastest sprinter. His superspeed allows him to move and attack at extreme speeds, but he relies on Compound V to maintain his performance, leading to addiction and physical exhaustion.

The Deep He has the ability to breathe underwater, swim at high speeds, and communicate with marine life. However, he is insecure and emotionally fragile, constantly seeking approval.

Black Noir A silent combatant with superhuman strength, agility, and endurance. He is an expert in martial arts and stealth tactics. Mysterious and secretive, he always acts as Vought's hidden weapon.

Translucent (in the series) His skin is made of dense carbon, giving him near-total invulnerability and the ability to turn invisible. He was arrogant and manipulative, using his powers to take advantage of others.
