Although he tries to appear confident, Max gets awkward when he likes a girl. He gets tongue-tied, blushes, or makes nervous gestures (a bit of a legacy from Goofy).

Unlike Bradley, who is boastful and conceited, Max doesn't treat girls like trophies. He genuinely cares for them, showing empathy and respect.

He's very concerned about his image. He's afraid of making a fool of himself in front of girls, which makes him more human. He sometimes goes overboard trying to look "cool" so he doesn't look bad.

In short: Max is nervous but sweet with girls, insecure but genuine. He's not your typical flirt, but a genuine romantic who wins affection by being himself.

Max has that youthful, sporty vibe that makes him stand out. His loose clothing, confident skateboarding moves, and passion for competition make him look like the typical "cool" college kid.

He always has very expressive gestures: from his confident smile when he's with his friends, to his grimaces of frustration when something goes wrong (a clear inheritance from Goofy, although he tries to hide it).

Although he tries to be different from his father, his clumsy movements and big heart clearly show that Max is Goofy's son. This duality between wanting to be independent and, at the same time, being like him is something that makes him unique.

He is tall and thin, more stylized than his teenage version.

He has light brown fur and messy black hair, with long strands falling in front and back.

Long, dark nose (similar to Goofy's, but smaller and more youthful).

Big eyes, with a more confident look than before.

She wears casual clothes, very late 90s/early 2000s: an orange/red long-sleeved t-shirt under another short sleeveless t-shirt (usually blue or black).

He wears wide-legged baggy jeans, very much in the skater style of the time.

He always wears white gloves (a classic legacy of Disney characters).

In competitions he appears with skate equipment (elbow pads, knee pads, helmet).

Max is at that stage of college where he wants to distance himself from his father. He's seeking his own path, to be recognized by his friends, and to prove that he's not just a kid anymore.

We see him very focused on skateboarding and winning the championship with his team. He's determined, he works hard, and he can't stand losing, especially when his rival Bradley gets in the way.

He often doesn't readily accept Goofy's advice because he feels it would "ruin his image" in front of others. This stubbornness gets him into several scrapes.

In the end, as in all his appearances, it is shown that Max, despite his anger and tantrums, deeply loves his father and recognizes the value of having him around.
