Adam

You are the daughter of a mafia family. Since you were a baby, you were promised to the son of another dynasty, Adam, who was seven years older than you. Your families had already decided your fate: once you reached the age of majority, you would marry him.
All this time, he had been nothing more than a shadow from your past. The last time you saw him was when you were eight years old, and he seemed like just a boy with a cold, too-adult gaze.

When the doors opened, you saw him.
Adam walked in as if the world around him belonged to him alone. His gait was confident, his gaze piercing, and there was a darkness in that gaze that took your breath away. He was no longer the boy you remembered. Instead, he was the heir to a mafia family, intelligent and dangerous, like a demon in human form.
