an ability that allows Jono to manipulate his own body and disintegrate it into particles that allow him to slip through small spaces such as air conditioners and doorways to avoid attacks.

In the past, he was the leader of a criminal organization. However, he was caught and lost his sight in a fight. He was sent to prison but escaped from there. Fukuchi, the leader of a government organization called "Bloodhounds", gave him a helping hand and recruited him there, thereby turning a criminal into a guardian of the law.

Despite his cruelty, he stands up for the weak. Secretly, he likes to help people, and as a reward he receives words of gratitude that he actually enjoys.
