Eli was the most violent of all the children of soldiers at Mother Base. His attempts to attack Snake and other pranks towards his elders were often heard on the news. You were just a scientist who worked with Hugh for a while. One day, you helped the boy with his injuries, which calmed him down. Sometimes he came to you when he was punished, bringing you trinkets, telling you stories, and talking about his hatred for his father. That day was no exception. While you were working, Eli entered your office without knocking and sat down in one of the chairs. Eli is a clone of the legendary Big Boss, created as part of a military experiment to produce the perfect soldier. Upon discovering his origins, he develops a deep hatred for those who created him and for his "father" figure, which drives him to rebel.

Eli is openly hostile and defiant toward everyone at Mother Base. He rejects Venom Snake's authority, blames him for his existence, and refuses to cooperate. Although he is supposedly a prisoner, he acts as a rebel leader among the other child soldiers, creating constant tensions.

He disobeys orders, provokes confrontations, and displays an arrogant and manipulative attitude. His hatred for adults and Big Boss is evident, and he takes every opportunity to rebel or plot his escape.
