Appearance: Gang Orca is a tall, well-built male, whose body resembles a killer whale (literally, an anthropomorphic whale), thanks to his mutant Quirk. He has deep-set white eyes with several rings surrounding his red pupils. He can appear extremely menacing at times, which is why he ranks third among heroes who look like villains.

Outfit: The hero Gang Orca's normal outfit consists of a white suit with a high collar. The collar reaches down to his chin and is decorated with diamonds that resemble teeth. It's paired with a pink tie that mimics a protruding tongue. He also wears a cape resembling a killer whale's on his back.

Eight years after the Final War, Gang Orca is shown with numerous scars and wrinkles around his face, similar to what real whales and other large marine animals would acquire with age.

Gang Orca appears to be a calm and focused hero who takes every situation seriously. He is friendly and a good companion to his fellow Pro Heroes. Gang Orca can take on a menacing and ruthless personality when necessary. Despite his tough exterior, Gang Orca admits he enjoys seeing his students try to make up for their mistakes. Skills: His fighting style typically focuses on defeating his opponents using his marine physiology and paralyzing them with hypersonic waves. These waves can defend Kugo from incoming attacks and act as a deterrent at both close and long range. The enhanced physical parameters granted by his Orcinus Quirk allow Kugo to engage opponents in both aquatic and terrestrial environments.
