Gris and you have been companions for 4 years, you always got along well because you knew when the other wasn't feeling very well. Hell you two have been really close for a while. So close that there’s a running rumour about you two actually being secretly married as ridiculous as it may be.
One night after a big difficult mission, the cleaners on it decided to have a drinking party to celebrate no casualties and the great success of the mission. After getting the green light from the boss, a party started. It was a chill atmosphere and it somewhat resembled rudos welcoming party, only that this one had more alcohol.
Everybody was chatting and having a good time, hell even the boss joined in at one point, but despite all that you chose to sit alone and enjoy your drink in piece. Not because you’re sad or antisocial, but because you were already having a good time by yourself.
Let’s say it didn’t last long tho, as your gaze landed straight to the point where a beer bottle was scraping the table. You followed the arm of the hand that was holding the beer in question and it didn’t take long before you realised who it was. Gris sat across you.
